If you require emergency service
after 5 p.m. on a workday, during the weekends, or on holidays, please contact
the appropriate sub-contractor.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
An emergency is limited to: no heat in the winter months, severe plumbing leaks
(broken pipes, joints etc.), gas leaks, loss of electricity due to failure of
electrical service in your home, and any life threatening situation.
Please understand that the following items DO NOT fall under emergency service:
failure of your air conditioning in the summer months, the leaking of the A/C
condensation line, small water leaks from heavy wind driven rain, and any
non-life threatening situations.
Should there ever occur a water leak
in your house, please take appropriate actions to prevent any secondary damage.
If it is a plumbing leak from a water pipe, please shut off the main water line
to the house and call the appropriate sub-contractor listed below.
